Methodology
How the Numbers Work
Time per task
Each task carries Savvital's estimate of how long it takes a U.S.-based team member, drawn from our placement experience. Tasks that overlap with your industry's version are merged so nothing counts twice.
Your volume
You set how often each task happens: per day, week, or month. No single task can add up to more than a full workday, and hours assume a 5-day week and 50 working weeks.
In-house cost
The average annual wage for administrative assistants in your state, plus employer benefit costs, spread over a paid year. You can adjust the hourly figure if you know your own.
Savvital cost
A dedicated, full-time virtual professional: 40 hours a week at a flat $2,300 a month. We recommend as many as it takes to cover your hours.
