Onboarding is a 1- to 3-week phased process: 1. Interview Candidates: We provide you with 3 candidates that will best fit your operation and organization. 2. Sign an agreement: Sign a month-to-month agreement that makes the partnership official. 3. Technical Onboarding: tool access, shared workspaces, security provisioning 4. Handoff & Go-Live: VP takes ownership with you in a supporting role.

For a full-time VP, it's $2300 per month. For a part-time VP, $1300 per month. Payment is due on retainer each month.
