The 3-step process is as follows: Initial Screening Interview - Assessing qualifications and culture fit of the candidate. Technical Interview - Evaluating skills and expertise of the candidate. Successful candidates who excel in all stages of the recruitment process are offered roles at Savvital.
After our strategy session, we schedule 3 candidates that we think would be the best fit for you based on your specific needs as a company. You'll interview these candidates and ask them as many questions as you deem necessary.
Once you sign the agreement, we usually get a VP onboarded within 5-10 business days.
Once you've decided on your virtual professional, we'll send you a contract. It's nothing to worry about as it's not a long term commitment. In fact, if you ever decide to discontinue your contract, give us a month's notice and we'll part as friends. Pricing starts at $2,300 per month for a full-time VP. Payment is due on retainer each month.
