We're a multi-national organization. Different cultures have different holidays and celebrations. With vacation, holidays, and sick time, you can expect up to 20-30 days of paid time off a year. Some of which will land on the Federal holidays celebrated in North America. This time off is included in your monthly payment. We're proud to offer this to our employees; that's why we have a good name in the industry.


We prioritize candidates with strong educational backgrounds, specifically from reputed institutes. The 3-step process is as follows: Initial Screening Interview - Assessing qualifications and culture fit of the candidate. Technical Interview - Evaluating skills and expertise of the candidate. Assessment Activity - Testing performance and capabilities through evaluations based on the candidate's expertise. Successful candidates who excel in all stages of the recruitment process are offered roles at Savvital.


After our discovery call, we schedule 3 candidates that we think would be the best fit for you based on your specific needs as a company. You'll interview these candidates and ask them as many questions as you deem necessary.


Once you sign the agreement, we usually get a VP onboarded within 5-10 business days.


Once you've decided on your virtual professional, we'll send you a contract. It's nothing to worry about as it's not a long term commitment. In fact, if you ever decide to discontinue your contract, give us a month's notice and we'll part as friends. For a full-time VP, it's $2300 per month. For a part-time VP, $1300 per month. Payment is due on retainer each month.
